Welcome back! Today we are resuming our story about Ms. Zhang and her newly built villa outside Jinhua in Zhejiang province. In today’s edition we will focus on how the hahne team has offered their services to Ms. Zhang, helping her finding a suitable long-lasting solution for her basement’s problem. 故事一开始，张女士发现她位于金华新落成的别墅地下室的踢脚线周围出现了水滴。一开始她以为是季节因素导致的，因为浙江的夏天雨水多，空气湿度也很高。但后来，当她发现地下室一个房间的地板覆盖了1厘米的积水后，她开始明白这不是季节原因，而是其他问题导致的。
Our case began with Ms. Zhang noticing water droplets forming around the baseboards in the basement of her newly built and decorated villa in the outskirts of Jinhua. She firstly thought it was a problem related to the season, as summers in Zhejiang are rainy with high air humidity. But later, when she discovered that the floor in a room in the basement was fully covered by 1cm of water, she started understanding that the problem was not due to the weather but something else was going on.

Our service team immediately understood what her concern was and promptly scheduled a visit to get a more detailed understanding of the issue and to offer the best solution.

Upon arrival the hahne team greeted friendly Ms. Zhang and immediately started listening to her concerns. They were then showed to the basement, where they immediately started assessing the situation. They noted down all the points where water was leaking, while at the same time explaining to Ms. Zhang the reasons of these leaks.
